Job summary
Blackpool Community Mental Health Team has an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Team Leader.
You will be a visionary and culturally competent individual ready to make a tangible impact within Blackpool's vibrant and complex community.
You will provide strong operational and clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of high quality person centred care.
You will deliver high quality supervision and appraisal, leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team within an area characterised by rich social diversity with significant economic challenges.
In turn you will be supported with access to a range of leadership training and development opportunities alongside a supportive leadership network within and around the team.

Main duties of the job
o To actively promote teamwork, respect, integrity, accountability, excellence and compassion within the ward team in accordance with the Trust values and NMC code of conduct, Social Work England, HCPC code etc.
o To oversee and ensure that leadership within the multidisciplinary team provides effective assessment, formulation, planning and monitoring of care given to service users
