Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, forensic services including low and medium secure care.

Specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.

Community physical health and well-being services for children and adults.

We are excited to be able to advertise for a Clinical Audit Facilitator to work in the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team within the Medical Directorate.

We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual who is looking for their next challenge. We are looking for applicants with experience of working within the health service and data management.

Main duties of the job

Work as part of the Clinical Audit & Effectiveness Team specialising in project managing a number of clinical audit programme. These will differ in scale and methodology. The post holder will work alongside colleagues from all professions to complete clinical audit projects to a high standard.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a health care setting

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge & experience of service & quality reviews/service evaluation
  • Significant knowledge of clinical audit, CQC registration, the health care commission.
  • Demonstrates a broad knowledge & understanding of different quality models/approaches

  • At least 12 months experience of clinical audit and evidence of outcomes
  • Evidence of an ability to use both qualitative and quantitative methods data analysis
  • Demonstrable evidence of an ability to undertake audit/effectiveness projects
