An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Programme Management Office (PMO) as a Senior Project Manager.

We are seeking a highly experienced, confident and delivery focused Senior Project Manager to lead and support the Programme Management Office team in the delivery of locality, corporate and trust-wide projects in various locations within Lancashire & South Cumbria. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivery and the passion and enthusiasm to drive forward sustainable change. This exciting role offers an opportunity to work within an established project management environment with a diverse range of services.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and deliver large-scale projects across Lancashire & South Cumbria
  • Provide project assurance to all levels of the Trust
  • Develop and embed project management best practice
  • Actively lead and work closely with localities, including Directors, Operational Leads, Clinical Leads and corporate functions / colleagues.
  • Develop and enhance the PMO and Trusts reputation and relationships internally and externally. This will include senior members of the Trusts Clinical networks, corporate functions, external partners and contractors.
