The All Age Learning Disability Service are looking for a Deputy Network Administrator Lead.

The post holder will be required to provide high quality administration support and have excellent IT, keyboard and data inputting skills.

You will also require strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a wide range of people. You will need to demonstrate initiative and be able to work autonomously and have excellent problem-solving skills. The work is varied and interesting and you will need to have the ability to organise your workload effectively to meet the demands of the service.

We are inviting applications from individuals with previous experience of leading a team, excellent time management and administrative skills and the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will provide leadership to Community Learning Disability Service across the Trust footprint.

The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing high standard and effective leadership to admin services.

Main duties of the job

The Deputy Network Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative operations within the Learning Disability and Autism Services. This role ensures that all administrative processes run smoothly, that administrative staff receive effective line management and that the service complies with administrative regulations and standards.

The post holder will be creative with an inclusive approach towards problem solving and service development. The post holder will lead on managing, co-ordinating and ensuring cross cover of the Community Learning Disability Service.
