Job summary

An evolving support role that will as its core function provide a comprehensive administrative, office support and project support function to the Management Team within the Children and Young People Services

This role will support the management of a high quality and highly efficient administrative workforce within localities. The post Holder will lead on managing, co-ordinating and ensuring cross cover of locality services.

The post holder will be innovative, forward thinking and be creative with an inclusive approach towards problem solving and service development.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will deliver on key responsibilities

o As a Deputy Admin Lead, you will establish, monitor and develop the required administrative procedures / SOPs and systems required for Children and Young People services.

o Produce Data as required by Teams, Managers on a day to day basis.

o You will work closely with the Head of Clinical Service, Clinical Lead/Service Manager and Team Leader to support with contract management for Children and Young People, Quality Tool and Contracts to maintain performance for the wider service.

o You will organise your own workload and work within established policies, procedures and guidelines.

o You will work closely with, and line manage administrative staff across the Children and Young People Services participating in recruitment, sickness/absence monitoring, supervision and ensure compliance regarding appraisals and training monitored by GAPP.

o You will also need to be fully conversant with all systems including RIO to be able to support reporting procedures using BI (Business Intelligence).
