An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) to work as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist on a permanent contract. The role is based within the West Lancashire Older Adult Integrated Support Team at Brookside in Ormskirk.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist with an interest working with older adults who wants to expand their clinical skills within mental health. You will have excellent communication skills and can demonstrate sound clinical assessment skills with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

The Integrated Support Team is a unique opportunity as the team covers Memory Assessment Services, Rapid Intervention and Treatment Team, Care Home Liaison and Community Mental Health. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in Memory Assessment Services.

Main duties of the job
