As a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse, you will:
Act as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team
Manage your own caseload with supervision from senior staff
Conduct specialist assessments and develop care plans under the Care Programme Approach
Administer depot medication (for registered nurses)
Liaise with multi-agency professionals and participate in duty team assessments
Support service users with severe and enduring mental illness, including crisis planning and risk management

Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
Commitment to continuing professional development
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet the travel requirements of the role

Special Conditions
This role involves lone working, exposure to emotionally challenging situations, and driving to service users' homes. You'll be expected to uphold safeguarding responsibilities and maintain confidentiality in line with Trust policies.
