We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedDigital Training Support Officerto join our Digital Training team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of digital training across the trust, contributing to the development of staff digital capabilities and the smooth running of training programmes.
This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel to trust sites for meetings, workshops, and on-site training support.
Main duties of the job
- Provide administrative support to the Digital Training Manager and Trainers.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, resource preparation, and learner communications.
- Maintain accurate learner records and generate reports using the Trust's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in the development and testing of e-learning packages and training videos.
- Respond to training enquiries and signpost learners to appropriate support.
- Attend meetings and contribute to project updates and resource reviews.
- Support learners with basic digital skills queries and training requests.
