Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Organisational Development (OD) team within the Wellbeing and Inclusion function. This role is all about championing Health and Wellbeing, driving Diversity and Inclusion, and providing essential support to help our organisation thrive.
As part of our dynamic team, you'll:
Coordinate and organise training sessions and wellbeing events
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including data management
Promote our services through creative channels like social media and the intranet including the development of posters using Canva.
Handle varied administrative tasks including diary management, programme/workshop administration (coordinating registrations and creating and downloading evaluations), booking rooms, managing enquiries through multiple mailboxes, proofreading reports and minute-taking.
This is a role full of variety, giving you the chance to connect with colleagues across the organisation and make a meaningful impact every day.

Provide a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient administration service, supporting the OD, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and experience and retention work areas, in assisting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
