An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and professional Medical Secretary to join the Specialist Network within the Forensic Inpatient Department at Guild Lodge, Whittingham. Main duties of the job

As a Forensic Inpatient Medical Secretary, you will provide a comprehensive and professional secretarial service to the medical team, including audio transcription, live typing, and document preparation. You will support weekly MDT meetings, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and manage sensitive patient information with discretion and accuracy. The role requires excellent IT and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a flexible approach to covering colleagues during periods of absence. Your attention to detail and understanding of medical terminology will be key to your success in this role.
