We are seeking 3 Pathway Navigators to join our team at LSCFT transforming children and young people's mental health at Central and West, The Bay, and Fylde.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity within patient records and IT systems.2. Data Verification and Validation: Analyse data for logical inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.3. Error Identification and Correction: Detect and rectify data inaccuracies, collaborating with relevant staff to correct these.4. Investigation of Data Errors: Provide specialised advice and support in resolving complex data quality issues.5. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain data handling and reporting practices in alignment with legal, regulatory, and NHS standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.6. Training and Support: Offer guidance and training to clinical and administrative staff on data entry standards, best practices, and the utilisation of IT systems.7. Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhancing data quality, contributing to the transition from reactive to proactive provision.8. Monitoring of Patient Pathways: Monitor patient pathways from referral to discharge, identifying and reporting potential delays.9. Presentation of Data: Report on data quality issues and patient pathways in weekly meetings, identifying challenges and proposing solutions.10. Promotion of Data Quality Management: Elevate the importance of data quality management within the Trust, ensuring senior management is informed of issues and risks.

  • Educated to NVQ Level 4 in business Administration or equivalent demonstrable experience, knowledge and skills
  • Computer Literate - Standard Keyboard skills.
  • Demonstrable commitment to Continuous personal development.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines. Management of time effectively and display initiative.
  • Ability to work on own initiative sometimes working under pressure and without direct supervision.
