Job summary

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Mortality Review Practitioner within Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. They will have the ability to provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the Clinical Audit Team and wider Learning from Deaths national agenda as directed by the Head of Clinical Audit.

Main duties of the job

Applicants will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of clinical audit and governance across the organisation in partnership with the Clinical Audit Team.

Significant experience of working in a health care setting

Knowledge and experience in qualitative research and thematic analysis
Demonstrates a knowledge & understanding of different quality improvement models/approaches
