Specialist Grade Psychiatrist - Older Adult Psychiatry, Fylde Coast Memory Assessment (10PA) Fixed term maternity cover for 12-months
We are excited to launch the recruitment of this Specialist Grade Psychiatrist post to work as part of the Fylde Coast Memory Assessment Service, based at the Lytham Unit, located in the lovely town of Lytham.
This post is full time (10PA) and fixed term for 12-months to cover the maternity leave of the current postholder.
Main duties of the job
The post holder has responsibility for the assessment and diagnosis of dementia and other organic and cognitive disorders within the Fylde Coast Memory Assessment Service.
To be eligible to apply for this post, you must have at least 12 years of experience as a medical professional since your primary medical qualification was obtained.
Applicants must also have at least 6 years of experience at SAS level in an appropriate specialty.
There may be the opportunity for the postholder to join one of the On Call rotas if you hold the necessary qualification and registration. Additional remuneration would be payable for this.
