Job summary
Are you a dynamic leader and experienced clinician with a passion for improving the lives of children and young people in Central and West Lancashire? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our experienced and innovative Leadership Team as Head of Clinical Service in our Children's and Young People's Mental Health Team.
As the Head of Clinical Service in the Central and West Lancashire areas, you will be joining our fantastic team delivering a locality based model across the footprint of Lancashire and South Cumbria. You will have the opportunity to deliver the vision for the service, implementing and shaping a new clinical model to meet the needs of the local population and working closely with our multi-agency partners and colleagues in the ICB.
Promoting the Trust's values and priorities to employees, stakeholders, and the community, you will be responsible for delivering on plans and KPIs, translating them into clear objectives for your team to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families.
Main duties of the job
Delivering services across the THRIVE model and constantly seeking out opportunities for excellence, you will have the chance to both lead and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children and young people.

About us
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
