Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Information and Performance Lead within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team (ELCAS) predominantly to support the ELCAS management team in the maintenance and future development of activity recording and reporting.
Working independently in an information analyst role you will have a passion for finding the story inside the data. Skilled in capturing data from different sources then cleansing, validating and transforming it into compelling reports and visualisations you will support the management team in delivering high quality insights into service activity at a local and national level.
Main duties of the job
Reporting to the ELCAS ADO (Associate Director of Operations), you will hold a relevant degree qualification, or relevant experience with a willingness to learn. You will have information experience, knowledge of data systems and with user knowledge of SQL, Visual Studio (or Report Builder) and Power BI, and be able to take a dataset to dashboard approach to information management. With strong interpersonal skills you will be able to present confidently to teams and be able to handle the pressure of a busy and challenging work environment. You will need to build strong working relationships with your colleagues. With an analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently adhering to deadlines. You will have the opportunity to develop the role. In terms of data quality, you will also have a keen attention to detail in order to produce complete and accurate information, have an ability to work in an organised and methodical manner, as well as being able to understand and comply with detailed procedures
