Job summary
We are excited to be recruiting for a Full Time qualified Counsellor to work in our supportive team here at Chorley & South Ribble You will join our Talking Therapies team offering one to one, telephone and online therapy. We are open to flexible and hybrid working requests.The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team of PWPs, Counsellors and CBT therapists who work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for clients. Health and wellbeing of staff is important to us. You will receive regular supervision and will also have the opportunity to attend suitable training events to support your professional development.Depending on qualifications, knowledge and skills you will be paid at a corresponding pay band. Main duties of the job
Band 6In addition to core training as a counsellor, you must have an HEE Talking Therapies approved training qualification such as PCE-CfD, CTfD. For those qualified Counsellors who have not yet gained BACP Accreditation you must be committed to completion of this within your first 12 months in post.
Band 7In addition to the above you must be accredited with the BACP already and hold a supervision qualification.
