Pennine Home Treatment Team

Base: Daisyfield Mill and Pendle House

This is an exciting and new opportunity for 2 x Support Time and Recovery Workers to join the Pennine Home Treatment Team.

1 x based at Daisyfield Mill

1 x based at Pendle House

The Pennine Home Treatment Team offer 24 hour support to service users, and their families/carers, who are suffering from mental health concerns that would otherwise require admission to an acute in patient environment. There is a strong focus on a recovery model and effective risk management to provide quality care in a community setting.

Main duties of the job

The Pennine Home Treatment Team are always striving towards excellence in service delivery and ensuring that the Trust values are achieved. The successful applicant will be dynamic and forward thinking with the ability to work as part of a Team and in partnership with local services.

There will be an expectation that the successful applicant will undertake night duty and shift work as part of their role.

o The post holder is expected to contribute to and support the day to day operational functioning of the service by working across the 24/7 hour service.o The post holder would have the opportunity to work creatively within the teams to meet the demands & needs of the service & service users.o The post holder would work without direct supervision on completion of his/her initial induction program;o Support to carry out this role will be provided by management, clinical and staff team.

Successful applicants will be provided with a full induction and appraisal to formulate a Personal Development Plan and to identify training and development needs.
