Job summary

Provide a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient administration and clerical support service to the Apprenticeship and Careers team, supporting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.

The post holder will provide administrative support to Apprenticeships, work experience and recruitment activity. They will manage their own case load of employability programme candidates, overseeing all stages of the recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting and undertaking pre-employment checks to NHS Employers standards. The post holder will also organise and participate in external and internal recruitment events as required.

The post holder will also support the wider Employment Services Teams as required to cover during busy periods.
