Deputy Admin Lead - Rehabilitation Patient Flow

Job summary

As a Deputy Admin Lead, the core function of the role will be to provide a comprehensive administrative, office support and project support function to the Management Team within Rehabilitation Patient Flow and Rehab services.

This role will support the management of a high quality and highly efficient administrative workforce within the locality. You will lead on managing, co-ordinating and ensuring cross cover of administrative staff across the Rehab locality services.

You will be innovative, forward thinking and be creative with an inclusive approach towards problem solving and service development.

Main duties of the job

As a Deputy Admin Lead, you will establish, monitor and develop the required administrative procedures / SOPs and systems required for Rehabilitation Patient Flow and Rehab services.

Produce Data as required by Teams, Managers on a day to day basis.

You will work closely with the Clinical Lead/Service Manager and Team Leader to support with contract management for Rehabilitation Patient Flow, Quality Tool and Contracts to maintain performance for the wider service

You will organise your own workload and work within established policies, procedures and guidelines.

You will work closely with, and line manage administrative staff across the Rehab Services participating in recruitment, sickness/absence monitoring, supervision and ensure compliance regarding appraisals and training monitored by GAPP.

You will also need to be fully conversant with all systems including RIO to be able to support reporting procedures around patient flow management/rehab using BI (Business Intelligence).
