Job summary

The Digital Training Team at LSCFT is seeking a Digital Systems and Technologies Training Lead to work with the current digital training management team to manage a dynamic team of trainers and support the implementation of digital systems and technologies in the Trust.

This post will be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of trainers providing specialist Digital training on applications, systems and other digital technologies for clinical, administrative and corporate services. The post holder will be required to act as deputy for the Digital Training Manager and take responsibility for the line management of the team of Digital Systems & Technologies Trainers.

The post holder will play a significant role in the delivery of high quality training; overseeing the quality assurance of the training service, to ensure that lesson plans and training documentation are fit for purpose.

The role will be responsible for identifying training requirements, overseeing the development of relevant training materials and the delivery of training to meet the business needs of the organisation and its stakeholders.

The role will include periodic training delivery, acting as an exemplar for the wider team in relation to training delivery, assessment and evaluation.

Main duties of the job
