An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Band 4 Community Registered Nursing Associate to come and join us in our Kensington District nurse team.

The band 4 Registered Nursing Associate role is to assist, without direct supervision, in the delivery of high standards of nursing care to patients in the community by following prescribed programmes of care. The role involves working autonomously and a car driver/owner.

This post requires a motivational and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about patient care. You must be flexible, approachable, compassionate, motivated, and hardworking and be able to use your own initiative.

The post holder will be expected to workdays and weekends including bank holidays, 37.5 hours per week. The service operates between 08:00 and 20:00, 7 days a week and you will be required to work shifts between these times Flexible working will be considered.

Main duties of the job

You will work collaboratively as part of a community health team to meet the needs of patients, support the delivery of policy and procedures and provide clinical leadership.

You will provide competent and skilled care and advice to patients in their own homes and other community settings.

You will demonstrate an attitude which respects and values patients, service users and their carers ensuring they are at the centre of their care.
