Job summary
To work as a Band 3 Team Administrator providing temporary, high quality and co-ordinated support as specified within the placement request..
The candidate will be expected to provide secretarial/administrative support, including personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks within the Service.
Minute taking experience and an RSA II or equivalent is essential, as is experience of working with information systems.
Shifts may be located across the Division, such as St Helens, Liverpool, Warrington and may include various locations depending on service needs.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills to enable to support a busy clinical team.
Minute taking experience and audio typing or equivalent is essential as is experience of working with Information systems.
Will have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly telephone manner.
There is a need to be able to work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department whilst working on own initiative.
