Job summary
An opportunity has arisen within the Healthy Knowsley Service to support adults and families living in Knowsley to adopt healthier lifestyle. We are recruiting 3 Wellbeing Coaches to work within our established team.
We are a multi disciplinary team including Weight Management Dietitians, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Wellbeing Coordinators, Assistant Practitioners, Wellbeing Coaches and Wellbeing Advisors.
As a team we are passionate about making a difference to lives in Knowsley and are looking for Wellbeing Coaches who shares this passion to join our team.

Main duties of the job
To work as part of a team to support people to improve their health by coaching individuals and groups to lead a healthy lifestyle.
The post holder will use behaviour change techniques with individuals and groups in the community to empower them to identify, make and sustain positive lifestyle changes to improve health and wellbeing.
