Job summary

We have an opportunity for a talented individual to join our Administration Team based at Queens Drive Health Centre. The team support various Clinical and Administration Services within the Community Division.

Good organisation skills are required to support the services.

Working hours are 9.00am - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative service.

Using your organisational, administration and people skills, you will contribute towards an effective and consistent level of service.

Ordering stock, Uniforms and clinical and I.T equipment and co-ordinating collections.

To liaise with finance colleagues to ensure payments of invoices are processed within required timescales.

Managing a shared email account. Answering calls and queries from clinical managers.

Role model the values of the Trust - Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Respectfulness, Enthusiasm and Support.

Maintain their specific knowledge base and develop new skills.

Respect equality and diversity across all areas of working practice.

Take responsibility of the delivery of uniforms and equipment, and recording of data and ensuring all personally identifiable information is protected and used only for the purposes for which it was intended.

Update a weekly staffing rota for Integrated Care Nurses across the city.

Comply with all health and safety legislation and local policies and procedures.

Adhere to all organisational policies.

Have knowledge and understanding of technology in the workplace.
