Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Support Manager with managerial responsibility for administration services at Rowan View MSU, Rathbone, Aspen Wood, LSUs, 36 Rodney Street and HMP Healthcare and a HMP Inpatient Unit.
The post holder will manage the delivery of operational administration, secretarial and clinical administration services within their areas of responsibility, ensuring the development of robust monitoring systems and day to day performance management of the administration teams, KPI, service and mandated compliance. The post holder will ensure the provision of a high quality administration service that meets the changing needs of the Secure Care Division.
Working days will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Main duties of the job
This post requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, responsiveness to support the service. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise workloads on a daily basis to meet competing deadlines. The post holder will work closely alongside and deputise for the Capacity and Flow Manager, as required.
The post-holder will have excellent administration skills, organisational abilities, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to take an active lead to administratively support the Division, develop and provide training and presentations to staff groups and be familiar in exercising their own initiative.
The post holder will require knowledge and experience of overseeing training compliance and in ensuring that the Trust meets its KPIs. Oversight of systems and processes such as PACIS, Rio, CPA/CTRs, Discharge Information, Administration Management, supervising and supporting staff at Rowan View MSU, Rathbone and Aspen Wood, LSUs, 36 Rodney Street and HMP Health Care and HMP inpatient unit.
To have managerial responsibility for the Administration Teams they are responsible for providing operational and professional leadership, contributing to the overall success of the operational services within the identified areas. To design, update and maintain a range of project management tools including project plans, highlight reports, updates, risk, issue and change control.
