An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Mersey Care as part of the Practice Nurse Development Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated practice nurse with practice experience, who is experienced and confident to manage long term conditions in a general practice setting.
This is a dynamic team of nurses committed to providing a high standard of clinical care to all practices across Liverpool to cover periods of sickness, maternity leave, nurse vacancies and nurses undertaking formal educational development, whilst also providing mentorship of new nurses into practice, in addition to mentoring GP's and nurses who have undertaken the Liverpool sample taking course.
