Job summary
Come and join us at 'Baird House ' Community Mental Health Hub. We are a working towards delivering a contemporary mental health service that offers excellent standards of care and meaningful interventions.
You will be expected to deliver high quality, recovery-focused mental health interventions to a vulnerable client group. This may range from a brief therapeutic intervention to a complex package of care. There is an expectation that our practitioners have (or are willing to undertake) training to deliver psychologically informed interventions, both 1-1 and group based. We also require our practitioners to be motivated and interested in using data and digital solutions to inform their practice.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is interested in developing as a practitioner and person, development opportunities will be available, and supervision will be provided.

You will be expected to deliver high quality, recovery-focused mental health interventions to a vulnerable client group. This may be brief or crisis interventions for those needing support and treatment for only a short time in their lives or longer term therapeutic input for others.
Change is constant within NHS services, so we are looking for people who are adaptable to enable us to deliver high quality, sustainable services. We want leaders in our team who are willing to take the lead on service-improvement projects.
