Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Workforce Systems Assistant to join our busy team. The role specialises in delivering a customer focused workforce systems service across the Trust.
The Trust operates a hybrid working model which is a blend of office and home working.
As a workforce information assistant you will be responsible for working with a number of HR systems such as ESR and Healthroster, however this role will have a primary focus on our newly acquired health and wellbeing system Empactis. The postholder will work with the central workforce team to facilitate the roll out and embedding of this new system, ensuring that staff and managers use the system to its full potential. As a new system implementation this is a great opportunity to support and shape the way the whole Trust manages unplanned absence.

Main duties of the job
The Workforce Systems Support Assistant will support the team with the Trust's workforce systems and will be responsible for completing the system administration routines.
The post holder will be required to work with Trust clinicians and managers to utilise a variety of workforce system solutions to their full potential. This includes, HealthRoster, ESR, Sharepoint and primarily Empactis.
This role would also be ideal for somebody wishing to start a career with the NHS with an exciting and supportive team.
