Job summary
Community Diagnostic Centres provide a broad range of elective diagnostics (such as checks, scans and tests) away from major hospital sites such as the Manchester Royal Infirmary. The Manchester and Trafford Community Diagnostic Centre will be open from 8am to 8.30pm, Monday to Sunday and the Care Navigator team cover a seven-day shift pattern in order to provide an effective and efficient service to the Centre
Main duties of the job
You will provide an efficient and high-quality Care Navigator booking and scheduling patient service in order to meet the requirements of the Community Diagnostic Centre and the Trust in achieving its key access targets.
