Person Specification

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Essential

• First level registration -Registered Nurse, Degree or Diploma
• Willingness to develop skills and complete training
• Computer/ IT skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organise workload and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Able to work as part of a team

Desirable

• Evidence undertaking a mentor/preceptor role
• Inspires others and is a positive Role Model
• Experience in relevant area of practice
