Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• Educated to Degree level

Desirable

• Hold Salford IBD unit or similar
• Non medical prescriber

Knowledge

Essential

• Competent in use of IT packages such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of clinical information systems e.g. electronic patient record systems

Desirable

• Competent in databases and spread sheets

Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in gastroenterology / endoscopy
• 2 post registration experience

Skills

Essential

• Evidence of excellent clinical record
• Demonstrate the abil- ity to work in highly demanding environment
• Able to demonstrate imaginative and effec- tive use of resources
• Excellent communi- cation skills
