Job summary
To be operationally responsible for providing the administration of a customer-focused service in a professional and timely manner while adhering to National and Trust policies and targets relating to Access to Health requests.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for ensuring all requests for individual Rights to Access under Data Protection legislation or Access to health Records are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner within the set timescales to meet national KPI targets. This is applicable, whatever media type the rest has been received in.
