Practice Education Practitioner - Haemodialysis

Job summary
The post holder will work with the Renal team and will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality practice education support. There is a specific focus on Haemodialysis within this role and the successful candidate is to ensure the professional development needs of learners across each Renal area within the MRI (including satellite areas) are met. The post holder will support and take responsibility for aspects of the Trust education strategies through the delivery of education programmes and will act as an exemplary role model for learners exhibiting the Trust values and behaviours.
Main duties of the job
Assuring visibility in learning environments across Renal Medicine to facilitate the support of learners and support the delivery of practice education as required. Supporting learners to identify and achieve their learning needs in line with their program requirements, supporting the provision of constructive feedback within a safe and effective learning environment.Empowering teams through innovation and role modelling, engaging in the delivery of Trust wide education policies and strategy to promote a culture where practice education is valued and enabling effective learning environments. Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of evidence-based practice education programmes for nursing, midwifery and AHP learners and educators across the Trust in line with Trust and national policy e.g., clinical skills, reflective discussions.
