Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, dedicated and innovative highly specialist Paediatric Audiologist to join our Team. The Paediatric Audiology Service is based at North Manchester General Hospital, and delivers services across the community of North Manchester.
The post holder will be a passionate clinician, focused on ensuring a strong evidence base to decision making, with highly specialist knowledge and experience in routine and complex paediatric diagnostics and rehabilitation including ABR.
The post holder is expected to be an active leader and a positive role model for the service who will jointly lead the delivery and development of the Paediatric Rehabilitation service in collaboration with current Diagnostic Paediatric Lead and Clinical & Operational Head of Service.
MFT North Audiology are a forward-thinking service, and staff are expected to be flexible and proactive in their approach to providing a first-class service to our child aged population.
The post holder will have a specific requirement to work towards IQIPS accreditation and development of a strong governance structure within the paediatric team which stimulates and leads continuous improvement
