Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Manchester and Trafford Local Care Organisations as an Administrator.

Main duties of the job

  • Providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to Community Health and Integrated Neighbourhood teams.
  • Coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.
  • Be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills.
  • Work as part of a team at a community base and provide cross cover at other bases during periods of staff absence or increased workload in other teams.
  • Liaise closely with the multidisciplinary team ensuring the consistent delivery of service. It is essential that the post-holder is able to work flexibly as part of a team to deliver the service requirement.

  • Evidence of recent further development / training to NVQ 3 level

  • IT qualification or equivalent
