Job summary

MFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients.

The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team who are based across various locations comprising of OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team our main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity

To support the EHW Service we are currently recruiting a Service Support Coordinator to join our team, you will be fully integrated within the service, working with EHW colleagues at a variety of locations across the MFT sites including, Wythenshawe, Oxford Road, Withington and Trafford and North Manchester General

Main duties of the job

As a key member of the EHW multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for the administration, co-ordination and effective delivery of the Case Management Process, reception and general administration within the EHW Service along with providing a professional administration service to managers, HR colleagues and external clients. You will ideally have experience of working in an occupational health or GP practice environment within both the NHS and private sector. You must be IT literate and able to learn systems and processes.
