Job summary
The post holder is responsible for ensuring that the timeline data for patients is accurate and appropriately reflects the patients' current position on the RTT pathway. This role requires regular contact with colleagues across the Trust from all areas and supports excellent clinical service to patients. The post holder will work with the MRI Performance Managers to ensure accurate data quality of the patients accessing services within the MRI Hospital.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will proactively monitor pathways to ensure the patient journeys are accurate and in line with national and local defined targets. This includes identifying and addressing potential breaches and escalating to the relevant Clinical Service Unit Teams and Service Managers.
