The post holder will, in collaboration with cross functional departments, support planning of our digital change priorities, execute the MFT improvement approach and method and support sites to strengthen their quality control to ensure we are building confidence and assurance for our people.

This role will be responsible for delivering change capability at different levels across the organisation and to supporting significant cross-organisational change projects that enable the organisation to improve safety, efficiency, effectiveness, staff and patient experience; with our people at the core of what we do. This will be supported by our world class digital infrastructure to deliver value for our people.

Main duties of the job

This new role offers an outstanding opportunity to become a practitioner of large scale, organisational change. We seek a leader who can support teams to help create the change and translate our improvement and transformational aspirations into practical actions and results for our people.

As a Hive EPR - Change Agent, you will work within the Hive EPR & Digital Applications department. You will work closely with clinical and administrative / managerial staff, analyse their processes, and help them to agree clinical and operational best practice standards and workflows. You will analyse and document current and future workflows, and either match these to those already built into the EPR system or facilitate agreement for changes in working practice.

You will spend a part of your time working with other Hive EPR & Digital Applications teams in integrated areas which require close collaborative working with other Hive EPR and Trust teams. These may include users & security, reporting, printing, testing, training, interfaces, medical device integration and business continuity planning. You will be part of the wider clinical governance and change management organisation for clinical applications and will be required to lead on the engagement with clinicians and other staff related to your service. In this role, you will act as a change management specialist to engage staff in review of working practices and communicating and training changes to practices and policies.
