Theatre Scheduling Manager

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the theatre scheduling team, leading the team in achieving scheduling excellence and providing managerial support.
We are seeking an organised and approachable individual who can navigate a multitude of targets and support a team in the scheduling of paediatric theatre's. The post holder should be comfortable with working with different professionals in order to use our theatre capacity and pre-operative clinics to the best efficiency.
Main duties of the job
The details of the responsibilities of the role can be found in more detail within the job description, however to highlight the main duties:
Providing managerial support to the scheduling team
Ensuring 6-4-2 process is followed
Ensuring all theatre lists are scheduled as per Trust policy
Ensuring the pre-operative clinics are booked effectively
Ensuring the 48 hour checks are conducted.
