Job summary

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join Manchester and Trafford Local Care Organisations as an Administrator. The roles available is based at Meadway health centre in Sale.

Main duties of the job

Providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to Community Health and Integrated Neighbourhood teams.

Coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.

Be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills.

Work as part of a team at a community base and provide cross cover at other bases during periods of staff absence or increased workload in other teams.

Liaise closely with the multidisciplinary team ensuring the consistent delivery of service. It is essential that the post-holder is able to work flexibly as part of a team to deliver the service requirement.

  • NVQ 3 or working towards
  • GCSE English or equivalent

  • European Computer Driving License (ECDL) or similar
