Job summary

This role provides the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to join MFT's expanding Digital Estates team. The candidate will provide data analysis support to the Senior Information Analyst and to our teams acrossEstates and Facilities (E&F) systems.

Reporting to the Senior Information Analyst the role will support E&F services for the whole of the Trust property portfolio and be responsible for timely delivery of work utilising a series of analytical tools.

The post holder will work closely with E&F colleagues as required including but not limited to the Property Systems Manager, along with Asset and CAFM Managers to meet data analysis and document management requirements.

The Data Analyst will therefore need to be a proven team player, with excellent ability to work with colleagues at different levels of the business.

Main duties of the job

Provide a comprehensive, professional and high-quality level of internal system interrogation, data analysis alongside administrative support to E&F.

In conjunction with the E&F Digital Estates Team, provide detailed reporting for analysis and submission whilst prioritising and scheduling work accordingly.

Be fully conversant with MS Office software including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and build on knowledge and experience of using CAFM; SharePoint, Power BI, MS Power Platform, Premises Assurance Model (PAM), Concerto and Ulysses and project management software platforms.

Produce a highly varied range of documents, presentations and spreadsheets to a professional standard, within challenging timelines using the above packages.

Be fully conversant with general administrative duties, including minute taking; updates of action log trackers; document management.

Liaise with key stakeholders and contacts at all levels including key staff within the Divisions, senior managers within the Trust and external organisations and individuals.

Make full and effective use of planning tools to meet statutory obligations, delivering good practice to ensure critical deadlines are met on behalf of E&F.

  • oDiploma/HND/HNC in Business Management or relevant subject
  • oQualification in Data Management / Analysis

Desirable

  • oDegree in Business management/ Customer service/ IT Database
  • oSQL programming

Experience

  • oPrevious experience as a data analyst / data administrator in a busy environment.
  • oExperience of extensive data analysis
  • oConfident in the use of KPI dashboards
  • oExperience of compiling a range of reports based on CAFM/database and correspondence
  • oExperience of compiling complex reports and disseminating for management usage
