Job summary

We are looking for someone to work in a busy, customer service based role that has excellent telephone and communication skills to join our Administration team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust supporting across all aspects of the Midwifery service.

We work alongside the Obstetric and Midwifery teams at North Manchester General Hospital to ensure patients receive the best care possible and we are looking for someone to bring a positive approach to our working environment within our In-Patient, Out-Patient and Community areas.

Main duties of the job

Often the first point of contact for our patients, the successful candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal skills as they welcome patients/visitors to the wards.

You will need to work flexibly within the teams and apply a methodical approach to a varying workload. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
