Join our Theatre Team at Trafford Elective Hub
To meet the current surgical demands, we have expanded our Theatre workforce at Trafford Elective Surgical Hub. To ensure a patient responsive service and allow our Nursing and ODP teams to be fully supported, we have increased our Band 6 Nursing workforce across our 9 Elective Theatres.
What the role entails:
You'll support the Team Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, and support the wider nursing team as an advocate and role model
Opportunities across all surgical specialties (Trauma and Orthopaedic, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Breast, ENT and Urology), Anaesthetics and recovery
You'll be part of a team continuously growing and learning together with patient care at the center of your role.
Main duties of the job
What we need from you:
NMC/HCPC registration
Substantial experience at band 5 in Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery
Experience of leading innovation in practice
Commitment to providing excellent standards of care as well as promoting positive patient experience
Flexibility to meet the needs of the service
