Job summary

Blended on-site/remote working with minimum 50% on-site.

This role will provide key support and governance services to the Hive EPR & Digital Applications Team. Whilst previous experience of project management and PMO services is desirable, just as important is an ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment, to manage multiple priorities, be comfortable working with colleagues at all levels of seniority, to be highly organised and adept at planning, capable of producing error-free reports and minutes, be skilled at using Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and to be willing to learn quickly and adapt with speed.

Main duties of the job

The job description is written for a project delivery-based function but applicants should note that within the Hive department the focus of the role will involve support of governance meetings, preparing papers and presentation packs, risk and issue management, action log management, reporting, process documentation, financial procurement, supporting on-/off-boarding of staff, managing the busy Hive mailbox, management of file repositories and MS Teams, plus other ad hoc tasks as directed.

We are looking for motivated individuals, able to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive nature.

You will have excellent development opportunities to support a team ethos based on learning, development and career progression.
