HInM has a strong track record of delivering innovation into practice. We are looking for a Head of Operations - Programme Delivery to help us take the next step in our organisational development and deliver operational excellence, transforming healthcare and driving positive change.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Operations, the Head of Operations will lead on delivery of an outstanding Programme Delivery function, aligned to HInM governance and operating model.

Main duties of the job
- A proven track record of overseeing complex programme delivery, leading operational and organisational development demonstrating exceptional leadership and people management skills to deliver results.
- Demonstrable experience of matrix working you will possess strong interpersonal, influencing & negotiating skills showing credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration and partnership working and the ability to establish and maintain high quality relationships is essential.
- Leadership on workforce planning and deployment, talent and succession planning working closely with our HR & OD team to optimise resource capacity and capability aligned to programme delivery and pipeline requirements, building strong capabilities within the teams.
- Experience of implementing strategy to deliver operational excellence is essential as is demonstrable experience of organisational development to engage teams delivering successful outcomes.
The Head of Operations will oversee delivery of HInM's broad and complex portfolio of programmes as per programme scope, working in close collaboration with HInM's Programme Directors and Head of PMO Assurance, providing solutions, mitigating risk, ensuring high quality, consistent standards of delivery.

Operational Accountable for developing and delivering project management expertise, promoting innovation and supporting operational excellence across the innovation pipeline. Lead on optimisation of programme delivery, influence and negotiate to deliver operational effectiveness.
