Main duties of the job
The role
As the Radiant and Lumens Module Lead, you'll deliver the design, configuration, testing and optimisation of the Radiology and Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy modules of Hive. It's a wide-ranging, key strategic role that draws on project management skills, technical expertise, stakeholder management and clinical knowledge. As you coordinate and lead on your module's work, you'll report to a Workstream Lead and collaborate with other analysts to make sure we're implementing our software consistently and effectively.
You'll also be an ambassador for the Hive project and a key driver of our digital strategy. It's a chance to take on considerable responsibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute towards guidance and standards across the Hive programme as a whole. As part of your EPR training, you'll also receive recognised qualifications in an application module.

Were looking for candidates with clinical or operational experience in the NHS. Youll be a talented communicator an exceptional project manager who can confidently oversee complex initiatives and make complicated issues easy to understand.
You should also have experience in analysing business and technical requirements or even training in Epic software. Strong leadership skills, IT literacy and a keen sense of strategy are also essential.
Youll also need a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject. A relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred, but not essential.
