Job summary
Ward H4 is a busy ward providing care for General Medical inpatients with Endocrine and Cardiology illnesses.
As the PA you willbe an integral part of the team primarily responsible for supporting the Ward Manager with sickness absence, generating staff rosters, arranging sickness meetings and monitoring mandatory training compliance.
You will need excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as well as a commitment to working within a team to develop and improve our services.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties that support the Ward Manager. You will be responsible for the ward roster and ensuring that the staffing levels on the ward are sufficient.
The PA will also ensure that the staff are up to date with their mandatory training and provide the Ward Manager with percentage numbers.
The PA will be involved with meetings and will be required to take notes.
You will be involved with celebrated event's within MFT such as Bee Brilliant and Improving Quality projects.
You will also be involved in our patient's experience by helping to collect feedback from our patient's and their relatives on a daily basis.
