Job summary

o Support a range of resourcing activities

o Deliver a high quality administration service

o Provide efficient candidate management

o Support key performance measuresTo help us do this, we're looking for a driven, enthusiastic and commercially astute individual to join our busy Resourcing Team. Self-motivated and flexible, you'll have the ability to plan campaigns and deliver an outstanding service to both candidates and managers through sound stakeholder management, applying logical and proactive decisions to ensure the provision of a comprehensive and effective Recruitment service. What's more, you'll have the confidence and flair to train managers on both system and process, ensuring optimum use of resources in order to meet our departmental performance measures.

You will be joining an established team who work hard to develop close working relationships with candidates and managers in order to deliver a high quality service, to time and cost.
