Job summary
An exciting and challenging role has become available for the post of Directors Assistant to one of the CSU Leadership Teams within the MRI.
You must have a sufficient level of experience of working in a PA/secretarial role in a complex organisation where sensitivity and confidentiality are a high priority. You must have the ability to work with people at all levels and be able to use your own initiative to review and improve the efficiency of the administrative services in line with the CSU/MRI/Trust Quality Strategy.
You must be highly organised, be able to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment and deal with a hectic and unpredictable schedule. You should have excellent computer skills and be able to communicate and solve problems online efficiently.
The job has a wide range of requirements and can often be extremely demanding. To do the job well, you must apply excellent organisational skills, tact, diplomacy, effective communication skills, as well as maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters and display excellent judgement. You must have the ability to anticipate, meet the needs of and complete deadlines set by the Unit Director, Head of Nursing and Senior Team.
This is a busy and challenging role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to support the CSU/MRI/Trust to deliver its objectives and deliver first class service to patients.
