Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a ID Office Administrator within the Trust Security Team in the Estates and Facilities Division at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, based on the Oxford Road Campus.

The successful candidate will be required to provide effective and efficient administrative support and will involve daily contact with staff of all designations and therefore excellent customer service skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and IT skills with an ability to work within a high-pressured environment and within a team.

Main duties of the job

Directly responsible for storing and backing-up of work and data and anysubsequent retrieval, including hard copy files.Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating other existing database(s) which may be required by the Security and Car Parking Manager.To retrieve, create and produce information / reports and documents from the databases as directed by the Security and Car Parking Manager.

To work without close supervision for periods of time and to complete designated tasks efficiently and punctually, with a strong customer service focus.To monitor ID Badge stock and supplies and advise the Security and Car Parking Managerwhen the agreed stock levels are depleted and further orders need to be placed, as and when necessary.Responsible for unpacking and distributing stocks and supplies to appropriate person(s) on delivery, chasing up and querying any incorrect or missing items with the Security and Car Parking Manager.
